REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Damages 
Please report damages as soon as possible so I can either replace the damaged pottery or make a full refund.  Although my pottery is packed very carefully, accidents can happen. Please send a photo of the broken pottery with the shipping materials in the picture, which will be needed for me to file an insurance claim.  Since the Post Office may contact you to verify the loss, it is advisable to keep the broken pottery and packing materials for a while.

Returns:
I would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for some reason the piece is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days and get a full refund minus the shipping. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for safe return of the work. Insurance is recommended.

Important note to local buyers:  If you are a local buyer and would prefer to pick up the work from my studio, then at the time of check out, enter the coupon code IWILLPICKUP .This will waive your shipping fee. Be sure to include your contact information so we can set up a convenient pick up time. 

Gifts:

If you are buying an item as a gift for someone else and you'd like to have it shipped directly to them, please make sure that the zip code you enter for the purpose of calculating shipping is the address where you want it shipped.

If you would like me to add a personal message on your behalf, please send that as well and I will print it out on a card and mail it along with the item.
 

Shipping
At this time, we can ship to any address in the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Shipping date estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weights of all items can be found on each items detail page. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
